From your first phone call to the moment your pet boards their flight, our team is with you at every step.
1. Free Consultation & Personalised Plan
We start with a free quote and a conversation about your pet’s needs — breed, size, destination, and timeline — so we can map out the right plan from day one.
2. Documentation & Veterinary Coordination
We handle the paperwork maze for you: microchip checks, vaccination records, health certificates, and any import/export permits required for your route.
3. Crate Fitting & Travel Preparation
Your pet is fitted for an IATA-approved travel crate sized for their comfort and safety, and we guide you through acclimatising them ahead of the big day.
4. Booking Confirmation & Pre-Flight Check
Once flights are booked, we confirm every detail with the airline and run a final health and documentation check to make sure nothing’s missed.
5. Departure Day Support
On the day, our team manages airport check-in, handling, and boarding — so you can say goodbye knowing your pet is in safe hands until they land.
