Transporting your Pets during the Corona Virus

At the moment we are still able to ship Pets on Schedule to most Countries around the World with the following exceptions;

China, Italy, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mongolia, Morocco, Norway, Saudi Arabia, South Korea & Turkey.

Obviously the situation is very fluid and more Countries are likely to be added to this list in the coming days. If you have a booking with us and wish to bring it forward please contact us as soon as possible. If you are planning to book your Pets on an International Flight please also confirm your booking as soon as possible so we can try to get your Pets out before further route closures.

We are expecting capacity Cuts to New Zealand, North & South America, Europe and Asia in the coming weeks. There may be very limited space available for Pets to some of these areas and it’s possible some Airlines may also embargo Pets and save space for higher priority Cargo such as Medical Supplies.

It is worth noting that Turkey has a temporary embargo on Pets entering the Country but not people. Evidence of Pets carrying COVID is flimsy at best so we hope that other Countries do not go down this track.

Domestic bookings are not affected at this stage but we are also anticipating some reduction in capacity in the coming weeks which may make it difficult to get your Pets on a flight. Again if you are planning to book please do so as soon as possible.

If you have any queries please call our office on 1800 738 359.
